Today is the start of the Two Week Challenge! I’m excited to see the changes in my body after the end. The last one was great, I lost a few inches and 3lbs! I wasn’t the best at documenting all my food, I would forget to snap a picture, ever forget? It happens to me. But this time, I’m vowing to be better.
On your mark, get set, GO!
Weight- 169 (that’s what I weighed at the end of the last challenge, I would’ve loved to seen a lower number but at least it didn’t go up!)
Waist- 31 (same as end of last one)
Hips: 36 1/2 (I’ll take that 1/2 inch I lost since the last one!)
Thighs: 23 (again another 1/2 inch loss!)
