Every year for the holidays, I end up making tons of food, especially sweets! Whether it is the best chocolate chip cookies ever for Thanksgiving, sugar cookies for Christmas, and everything in-between, my kitchen is hopping. This year I am throwing a new cookie into the mix. It is Keto-friendly and with only 3 ingredients, takes no time to throw together, bake, and enjoy. This might be the best recipe for your busy life- kid stuff, work stuff, and oh crap I forgot I need to bring something to that party stuff.
Without further ado, the one cookie recipe you need to add to your repertoire: 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies!
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (I use a natural brand)
1/2 Cup of Stevia
optional: Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. I left the chocolate chips on the side to add to some of the dough rolls but not all. If you want all PB and Chocolate Chip cookies, add the chips into the mix.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. I used an ice cream scoop and shaped with my hands.
Place the balls on the cookie sheet, spaced evenly apart.
Use a fork to add criss-crossing lines on top, or skip this part. No one says PB cookies have to have the lines!
Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
Grab a glass of milk and enjoy!
If you have any leftovers (not in my house) store in an air tight container.
I’m excited to be doing #HousefulofCookies Blogger Cookie Hop this year! You will find the best cookie recipes on the internet to make your holidays full of treats!

Adventures await at our Moana party! When it came time to decide on a birthday theme for my daughter she knew exactly what she wanted. We all really enjoyed the movie, and up until the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack was released, it is all we listened to. I couldn’t wait to plan this party and bring the tropical island vibes to our chilly neighborhood. How far will you go with these Moana birthday party ideas?
This wasn’t my first go at a tropical themed party. A few years ago we had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Luau for my son. It was super fun and a lot of those decorations came in handy for this party. When it comes to getting ready for a party, shopping at Oriental Trading is top on my to-do list. Not only do they offer great luau party items but almost every theme you can think of they have covered in their online shop.
Thank You Gifts
The goody cups were filled with hibiscus hair clips, tropical tattoos, organic snacks, and nail polish. Everything you need to get started on your own sea journey right? Luckily our Hei-Hei didn’t try to eat anything.
For the tablescape, I kept it simple with decorative flowers, sea shells, and the Moana plates.
I adore this hula table skirt. It gives just the right pop to any table you adorn with it.
My daughter requested a salad and fruit. Got to love a kid who wants a healthy party! I also made ham and cheese sandwiches, Maui’s Hook pretzels, and of course dessert. It can’t all be healthy right?
I sprinkled more flowers and sea shells on the island. The flower vase centerpiece is the same I used for the Mickey party minus Mickey.
Yes I made the pretzels from scratch and no it was not fun. I do not own a bread maker and this was my first foray into making bread dough. So much work. But they tasted delicious. Recipe possibly coming soon if I can psych myself up to make them again.
Ready to make waves? I have your full shopping list to grab everything you need for your Moana party.

I can’t believe another season of football has ended. Not sure about your house but we are hardcore cheering on the Falcons. Not because we are Falcon fans but because they are playing that other team. Ahem, anyways, If you are hosting a party, this is the week to prep your heart out. You might have already made a list, checked it twice, and sighed heavily thinking of all the stores you need to go to. And then all the work and hours spent in the kitchen to make said food. What if I told you, you can get big game ready at Whole Foods Market without having to break a sweat or the bank? All you need to do is sit back, relax, and cheer on your team or favorite commercial.

And that is all the prep work you need to do. High five!
Touchdown! Big Game food is served!
Those ribs tasted as good as they look. And no one is the wiser on those jerk chicken wings. They are made in house, just not this one!
A little bit of kick but nothing that will burn your face off. Add more hot sauce for a fiery taste.
Veggies cut, washed, and ready to go in the bowl.
Messy but tasty. Maybe use a fork to enjoy these!
Now if only Whole Foods Market also offered a cleaning service for after the party!

We are one week away from Thanksgiving. How is that even possible? I swear I was soaking up the sun just last week. In reality, that was months ago and it is time for me to put my game face on and tackle these holidays. And that means prepping for some of the biggest meals of the year. This year though, I have a trick up my sleeve. I don’t need to stress and neither do you, have your holiday meals made easy by Whole Foods.
They say seeing is believing and let me tell you this food looked the part. Remember that scene in Mrs. Doubtfire, when Robin Williams ordered the take out, plated it nicely, hid the trash, and the family thought it was amazing? Yeah this food is just like that. Not only does it look homemade, it tastes homemade. And trust me I am picky about my food.
Order your Thanksgiving meal from Whole Foods and no one will be the wiser!
There was pie served too but I ate that too fast to take a picture.
Whole Foods has everything you need for your traditional turkey dinner. And right now it is on sale! A dinner for 6-8 people only costs $89! Need more food? A dinner for 12-18 people is only $169!
It comes with everything you see below: uncooked oven ready turkey, turkey gravy, traditional sage stuffing, home-style mashed potatoes, organic cranberry orange relish, choice of two vegetables or homestyle casseroles.
Bonus: You can order a 100% organic turkey dinner as well. And it is also on sale! An organic Thanksgiving meal for 6-8 people is only $99!
Thanksgiving isn’t the only meal Whole Foods can cover for you this holiday season. Order by November 22nd*, and Whole Foods will give you a $10 off coupon for your next online or in-store meal reservation! That means you can order your turkey day meal and save money on your Hanukkah, Christmas, or New Years feast!
Thanks to Whole Foods you can have the delicious meal you want without all the hassle, and dirty pots and pans! That leaves more time for enjoying your family, friends, and one of their top 10 wines for the holidays.
The wine experts at Whole Foods tested these wines and checked them twice. Nothing naughty here, but a robust list of everything from whites and sparklers to elegant and Old World reds.
My pick from the list is the Camino Calixo Cava. It is a sparkling wine that pairs with pretty much everything and has a smooth citrus taste.
You have the food and the wine, now if someone would just help you make the perfect tablescape you would be all set. Well, look no further than William Sonoma. I learned that William Sonoma can have someone sit down with you for free to help you plan out your table from serveware to dinnerware and everything in between.
Love these napkins and turkey dishes. They remind me of the antique tablewares my grandmother used.
Thanksgiving might be next week but you are not going to stress it this year! Order your Turkey Dinner today at shop.wfm.com!
Cheers! What is your favorite Thanksgiving dinner dish?
